Empowering Women Through Deep Reflections.
Psychologically Grounded, Soulfully Guided

Àgape Women's Support offers counselling and integrative support for women and families navigating trauma, healing, and personal awakening.

An Invitation to Explore and Heal

Àgape is not a place for certainty but for inquiry, where questions are companions, not problems to be solved. We are two therapists from different paths, united by a shared commitment to hold space for a grounded transformation. Our work is shaped by formal training and by life itself: silence, loss, migration, identity, service, and renewal.
We meet each person with presence. Whether you're navigating trauma, transition, or a quiet need for reconnection, we’re here to walk alongside you with honesty, gentleness, and care.

The ÁtmaQatarse Method

A path of clarity, understanding, and emotional change.

The ÁtmaQatarse Method The ÁtmaQatarse Method is an integrative counselling approach grounded in psychodynamic understanding and lived experience. It focuses on the connection between present difficulties, underlying patterns, and the deeper origins of emotional distress, while being guided by trauma-informed care to ensure a safe, respectful, and non-pressured space. This work supports individuals in making sense of their experiences with clarity, recognising both their strengths and the impact of what they have lived through.
